The Next Chapter of ZenQMS

Notice anything different about ZenQMS?

Today, we’re unveiling our new logo, new colors, a new website, and a bolder visual identity and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

It may look like a big change, but for us, it’s a more honest reflection of the ZenQMS we are today.

ZenQMS started with a straightforward goal: make quality management simpler for life sciences teams.

At the time, that meant building an eQMS that could replace cumbersome, disconnected, and manual ways of managing documents, training, audits, CAPAs, deviations, change controls, and other critical quality processes.

That foundation still matters. But today, a great eQMS and great customer service is table stakes for our users.

As we’ve listened to our customers and watched their organizations evolve, the question is no longer simply, “How do we help teams manage quality?”

It’s: “How do we help GxP teams command, control, and act across their regulated operations?”

That question has shaped what we’ve been building — and what ZenQMS is becoming.

More than a system of record. A system of action.

Quality teams have no shortage of information. Documents. Training records. Quality events. Audit findings. Supplier data. Metrics. Approvals. Evidence.

Bringing all of that into a trusted system of record is important. But having the information is only the beginning.

Teams need to put it to work.

Increasingly, our customers are using ZenQMS to manage more than traditional quality processes, expanding into regulated workflows across areas like EHS, HR, validation, and more.

That means bringing more of the work, data, and context surrounding their regulated operations into one governed system.

And in the age of AI, that trusted system of record becomes even more valuable. With trusted data, governance, and context at its foundation, AI can deliver outputs that are not only more useful, but more accurate, traceable, and appropriate for regulated work.

That’s why ZenQMS has expanded well beyond the traditional boundaries of an eQMS.

We’ve introduced more powerful Workflows to help teams manage increasingly sophisticated regulated processes, including recurring and connected work.

We’ve built Folders & Filings to bring documents, records, workflows, and other regulated data together in organized structures to share with auditors or governing bodies.

We’ve made it easier to turn quality data into action with more advanced Insights, reporting, compliance alerts, and trend visibility.

We’re expanding how ZenQMS connects with the rest of your technology ecosystem through integrations.

And we’re bringing compliant AI directly into regulated work, with the governance, traceability, and human oversight GxP teams require.

Each of these capabilities moves us toward the same vision: a ZenQMS that doesn't just hold the record of what happened, but helps your team make the next thing happen.

We’ve moved from a system of record to a system of action.

Our brand needed to catch up.

As the platform evolved, we realized that the way ZenQMS showed up no longer fully reflected what ZenQMS had become.

Because while simplicity will always be central to ZenQMS, simple doesn't mean basic. And our new brand is designed to better represent that balance: more power, without more friction.

GxP teams should be able to manage sophisticated processes without creating unnecessary complexity. They should be able to bring more of their regulated work together, automate tedious tasks, find what they need quickly, act on what their data is telling them, and maintain control as their organizations grow.

We’ve built a command center for regulated operations – and we’re just getting started.

Command above complexity. Control above chaos.

That’s Zen.
